Something weird with ssht v1.2.2

I just tried logging into my server and I got permission denied on my .conf file! I checked it and all values had been set to default. the interesting thing is that it still showed my password hint in the correct color. On top of that I'm having issues running commands under expert mode now. On top of that it (for some reason) wants to keep killing my .conf file and it rewrite the defaults! It wasn't doing this earlier today, but I can't seem to find what's caused the problem! Crap!
